GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Sidumo Dlamini has top-level leadership experience in Strategic Infrastructure Sectors across various industries. He has an excellent understanding and an impressive wealth of experience in the construction industry throughout Eswatini and South Africa.

Sidumo was Managing Director at Bicon Consulting Engineers between 2011 and 2017, having been a Director at the company since 2004. As the Managing Director, Sidumo masterminded the unprecedented growth of the company. This included talent
development in both Engineering and Support staff.

Mr. Dlamini has also served in numerous industry boards, such as the Construction Industry Council (CIC) of Eswatini, the Registration Council for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Allied Professionals (AESAP), where he also served as the Vice Chairperson of the Board.

Sidumo has gained a reputation for delivering value for money while formulating and
implementing high-level business and project management strategies. In conjunction with internationally renowned partners such as CECI Engineering Consultants Inc., and Zutari (formerly Aurecon), he has been instrumental in the construction of several landmark infrastructure projects.
