Mr. Masinga is the Chief Operations Officer at LASCON Consulting Engineers & Project Managers. He brings more than a decade of experience in the field. His previous projects include providing Resident Engineer services at Stinkwater and Eersterust Waterborne Sanitation projects, Construction Supervision for the construction of the Water & Sewer Reticulation in Extension 6 at Mamelodi, as well as Contract Administration and Supervision for the construction of a Road at Soshanguve South Extension 1.
